Structure & Values
The India Youth Soccer Association is a charitable trust registered
in India under the Societies Act. (Registration No. 25861).
It's Office is situated at D-337 Defence Colony, New Delhi,
110024.
The Executive Committee of the IYSA are high profile representatives
of the Corporate sector, and sports orientated educationalists.
The administrative functions will be the responsibility of
professional, managers, with expertise in modern administrative
systems.
The IYSA is structured to concentrate on developing school
based initiatives, as well as initiatives to develop soccer
with non-school going children.
The IYSA conducts its activities with honesty, integrity,
and respect for individuals.
We focus on meeting children's soccer needs.
We seek to continually improve our service and we encourage
and facilitate, innovation, flexibility, open communication,
and personal development.
We recognise that 'leadership' is a process, and not an individual.
We achieve our objectives through teamwork.
To ensure the non-politicisation of the organisation, the
IYSA is to be funded primarily through sponsorship, and not
through government grants.
Wherever possible the IYSA will position itself separate
from existing Indian soccer organizations, which suffer from
poor reputations. (However eventually we will seek affiliation
to the AIFF)
To ensure modern, ongoing coaching in puts, organisations
in the UK and Australia have been approached to provide coaching
expertise/programmes and advice on a regular, ongoing, basis.
To effectively pursue it's aims, the IYSA is appointing a
board of National and International Advisors.
