Cubs start to growl as the Tigers roar back to form.

The Little Ninjas were upset by the Super Cubs as their attempt to close the gap on the Mighty Atoms at the top of the league faltered. Shaunak Kumar, the Cubs striker took advantage of the Ninjas unusually hesitant defending to hit a hat trick while for the Ninjas, Rahul Sharma scored in his second game running and Prithviraj Dev got the second as they lost 2-3. Team Tigers found some form as they beat the Lightning Strikers 2-0.

In what was a really good team performance Ishaan Khosla and Sanjan Sabherwal scored for the Tigers and Aditya Bahri was brilliant in goal making numerous saves.

The Happy Hawks too put up a really good defensive performance as they held the Ten Hurricanes to a 1-1 draw. Nikhil Narain scored with a penalty after Imaad Lalljee was brought down in the penalty box to put the Hawks in the lead and it took Shivraj Bhasin to score straight from a corner to earn them a point.

The Mighty Atoms had lost their previous game to the Ninjas and they faced a potentially tough clash with the Red Hot Suns but it turned out to be a one sided affair as they reasserted their claim to the championship. The Atoms strikers Aditya Kapur and Pratap Atwal were on the prowl as they scored two and three respectively with Sagar Agarwal hitting the sixth in a 6-0 win.

The win moved them six points clear of the rest of the league as the challengers faltered on another day of upsets.
